Access to Quality Education for All
The School for the Blind Support Project was implemented to improve access to inclusive education and enhance the learning experience of visually impaired pupils at the School for the Blind in Abuja, FCT. Recognizing the challenges students face in accessing appropriate learning resources, the project provided Braille versions of core textbooks, writing materials designed for visually impaired learners, and food supplies to support their well-being.
The intervention reached all pupils from Primary 1 to Primary 6, ensuring they had access to essential educational resources and a more conducive learning environment, while promoting equity and inclusion in education.
